MICHAEL THOMAS FOIS (Founding Member, Treasurer) is an attorney and a Senior Trial Examiner in the NYC Office of Collective Bargaining. He received his B.S. from Fordham University where he got his first taste of theater (back stage) from the on-campus Mimes & Mummers theater club. He received his J.D. from the University of Virginia. He is an avid traveler and has been to more than 50 countries on all 7 continents. After graduating Law School, Michael spent seven years with the Legal Department of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York before starting his own private practice. He lives in Inwood.

ELIZABETH LORRIS RITTER (President) is a 35-year resident of Washington Heights; active member of Beth Am; the People’s Temple (of which she also is a Trustee); longtime Community Board 12 member; Founder and former President of the Hudson Heights Owners Coalition; Trustee of various civic and arts non-profits; community activist; a singer in choirs; occasional photographer, poet and preacher; intermittent student and teacher of Improv; and an avid crocheter. Liz is retired;  past jobs have included Community Liaison to (then-)New York State Senator Adriano Espaillat; Planner & Psychiatry Administrator at Bellevue Hospital, Director of Grants & Contracts at Presbyterian Hospital, publishing a community newspaper, free-lance consulting, and running a jewelry business. She holds an MBA in Health Care Administration jointly awarded by CUNY’s Baruch College & the Mount Sinai School of Medicine, and a BA in Political Science/Philosophy from SUNY Buffalo. Originally from Boston, Liz grew up primarily on Long Island’s north shore, with a brief stint in Washington, DC. Liz is married (since 1989) to Barry Ritter; they have two adult children, Tina & David: true New Yorkers with successful careers and responsible lives in other cities. 

CARL PASBJERG (Secretary) is Managing Partner of Alchemy Production Group (APG), a theatrical management and production company, currently managing the Broadway, Toronto, West End and Touring productions of Come From Away. Other APG Broadway, Off-Broadway and Touring productions include:  RocktopiaRockin’ Road To DublinIn Transit, Alton Brown – Eat Your Science, Doctor Zhivago, The Illusionists (2014-2016 Broadway Engagements), Dee Snider’s Rock and Roll Christmas Tale, First Date, Memphis (Broadway, West End and North American Tour), A Christmas Story – The Musical, Donny & Marie – A Broadway Christmas, Guys and Dolls, Off-Broadway’s Lucky Guy, and Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends Live On Tour.  Upcoming:  Come From Away –Australian Production, A Sign Of The Times, Other World, The True, Chasing the Song and Marie.

APG has consulted, developed and assisted in managing many live stage productions in Las Vegas including productions of Magic Mike Live, Rock of Ages, Absinthe, Jersey Boys, Mat Franco – Magic Reinvented Nightly, Paul Zerdin – Mouthing Off, and Puppet Up.

As President of One Viking Productions, he managed and produced a variety of productions including Mel Brooks’ Young Frankenstein and Off-Broadway’s Jump.  Prior to starting his own companies, he was Senior Vice President of Theatrical Production at Clear Channel Entertainment/Live Nation, and was the Executive Producer for the $35 Million production of The Phantom of the Opera at the Venetian Resort and Casino in Las Vegas. Other prior Broadway producing and management credits include: 700 Sundays starring Billy Crystal, Lennon, Hollywood Arms, Judgment at Nuremberg, The Ride Down Mt. Morgan with Patrick Stewart, The Herbal Bed, Taking Sides with Ed Harris, The Gershwins’ Fascinating Rhythm, Jekyll & Hyde, Steel Pier, and Victor/Victoria with Julie Andrews; Off-Broadway: Addicted…a comedy of substance; Tours: Cabaret starring Teri Hatcher, South Pacific starring Robert Goulet, Cover Girls, Dora The Explorer Live, Blue’s Clues Live, Scooby Doo Live, Rocket Power Live, Master Class, My Fair Lady, and Delerium with Cirque du Soleil; Regional & Developmental productions: Little Women, All Shook Up, Only A Kingdom, Amour and Quartett at the Brooklyn Academy of Music.  He is a board member of The Storm Theatre and UP Theater Company.

STEPHENIE SKYLLAS (Member) and her company, Over~Sky Productions, most recently produced and managed the World Premier of Proud Ladies, a NY bound musical memoir starring Kurt Peterson, at the Springer Opera House in Columbus, GA. Credits include project management of NY City Center’s 75th anniversary season, and recently she co-produced and managed her first album: the live recording of When Everything Was Possible, a “concert with comments” that debuted at NYCC. Other credits include producing and managing Rubble by four-time Emmy Award-Winning “The Simpsons” writer Mike Reiss, starring Bruce Vilanch and Jerry Adler; When Everything Was Possible starring Kurt Peterson & Victoria Mallory; general management of Fiorello, Superman and On Your Toes at Encores!; producing Onward & Upward and The Chalkboard Trilogy for UP Theater Company; and the Off-Broadway Commercial run of Tales From The Tunnel starring Tony Award-Winner Wilson Jermaine Heredia. Stephenie spent five seasons at New York City Center as General Manager that included fifteen Encores!, three Encores! Summer Stars (Gypsy with Patti LuPone, Damn Yankees with Sean Hayes & Jane Krakowski, The Wiz with Ashanti), A Gala Evening with Kristin Chenoweth and the Sondheim 80th Birthday Gala. Other New York credits include various work at Roundabout Theatre Company, Richard Frankel Productions and Manhattan Theatre Club on Broadway shows The Producers, Hairspray, Assassins, Pacific Overtures, A Streetcar …and more. Over~Sky Productions is currently represented by the live recording of When Everything Was Possible, Proud Ladies, and the new musical Dancing on the Moon (2019). Stephenie is on the Board of UP Theater Company and a member of Joyful Voices at FWCC.

DAVID HENDERSON (Member) David joined the board in 2017 – the same year he moved to upper Manhattan. He brings with him 35 years of business experience. Currently, David is a founding partner of FosterSoccer, Westchester County’s premier youth soccer training, team management and camp organization. Prior to FosterSoccer, David was a marketing/brand consultant to American Express, Key Corp and others. David also ran a financial planning practice.

David’s corporate experience includes heading a global marketing group at MasterCard where he was part of the team responsible for the creation of the iconic “Priceless” advertising campaign. Prior to that, he ran national advertising for Citibank and was part of the team that developed the first consumer investment services offering in retail banking.
David has a MBA in marketing from New York University’s Stern School of Business and a BA from Vassar College in economics.

David is married to Amy Fuller and has two grown sons.
